Tag : Drupal distribution

A distribution is a collection of modules, content type, modules settings, and taxonomies, helping to build a website as quickly is possible.
A distribution is interesting for website bundling the same used component, or targeting a unique use case. For example,  an e-commerce website will always have a shopping cart, products, and a search engine.
If you create and maintain websites starting with a distribution can help you to reduce the TCO.
The main idea is to avoid any redevelopment or reconfiguration, to add new features without complex deployment procedures, and most importantly maintain all features on the centralized way.
